Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders.

We deliver across Canada, excluding certain regions.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

Standard delivery is to the front door, and additional services such as inside delivery or assembly may incur extra fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they leave our warehouse. Restocking or production fees may apply.

If an order is canceled after shipment, shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

All returns are subject to approval at our discretion.

Items must be returned in as-new condition and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued for the product only, minus return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.

Custom orders, special orders, and service fees are non-refundable.

Final or clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
